Zingara – Pricing Policy
At Zingara, we aim to maintain transparency in all pricing and billing-related matters.
This Pricing Policy explains how prices, fees, and charges are displayed and applied on the Zingara platform.
1. Product & Service Pricing
- All merchants on Zingara are responsible for setting the prices of their own products or services.
- Zingara does not alter, manipulate, or influence pricing set by merchants.
- Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless specified otherwise by the merchant.
2. Platform Fees
Zingara may charge certain fees for providing platform and payment services. These include:
a. Convenience/Platform Fee
- A nominal convenience fee may be added to each transaction to support platform operations.
b. Payment Gateway Charges
- Payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).
- These charges are displayed at checkout before the user confirms payment.
c. Merchant Service Fee (if applicable)
- Merchants may be charged a service/commission fee for using Zingara’s platform services.
- This fee is communicated separately during merchant onboarding.
3. Price Updates & Revisions
- Merchants may update their product/service prices at any time.
- Zingara may revise platform fees or payment charges with prior notice to users or merchants.
- Revised prices will not affect transactions already completed or confirmed.
4. Discounts, Offers & Promotions
- Promotional discounts may be offered by either Zingara or individual merchants.
- Offer validity, eligibility criteria, terms, and duration will always be clearly mentioned.
- Zingara reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
5. Taxes & Legal Compliance
- All applicable taxes (GST or other statutory levies) are displayed at checkout.
- Merchants are responsible for complying with pricing regulations and tax laws relevant to their products/services.
6. Currency
- All prices on Zingara are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- International pricing (if introduced) will be displayed clearly with applicable conversion rates.
7. Errors in Pricing
In case of incorrect pricing due to technical or human error:
- The order may be cancelled.
- Any payment collected will be fully refunded.
- The corrected price will be displayed once the issue is resolved.
