To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, please have the following documents ready: Mandatory documents:
PAN card: Only adult PAN cards are accepted.
FSSAI license certificate (for them those are dealing in food & Beverages only)
Bank details: A copy of your cheque or passbook.
Property product/ service menu image Used as your property’s cover image on ZINGARA.
GST certificate If applicable based on the PAN provided

Once all mandatory documents are uploaded and the contract is accepted, our team typically takes around 24 hours to verify the documents and Approval.
  • • If all documents are correct, your property will be live on ZINGARA within 24 hours.
  • • If any document is rejected, the go-live process will be delayed until you resubmit the correct documents.

  • ZINGARA provides its all service regarding administrative, operational, and technical services, including document verification, menu digitization, quality checks, training on using the ZINGARA platform, and query resolutions without taking any onboarding Fee. Its total free of cost.

ZINGARA charges a commission for services such as customer walk-in, promotion, catalogue hosting, demand generation, marketing, logistics, tech infrastructure, and customer support. The commission rates vary based on the total discount agreed by the property. You can view your specific commission rate when you submit your property registration form.

All registered properties on ZINGARA receive within 72 hourspay-outsof every transaction in the form of T+3 days.
